Love is a force and is the cliche theme for February. As the month rolls in, Amour takes center stage, not just heart-shaped everything, but in the quiet moments of kindness we sprinkle into everyday life. After the ride we had in January to kick off 2025, this is a perfect time to lean in on self-love, friendship n connections while showing some compassion in unexpected moments throwing us for a loop here.

I've done a January Recap for all 395 days that month and the momentum is gonna keep flowing for February. I know it's been pretty tough with our country at such a standstill of sorts and there's an eerie sense of confusion and uncertainty which leads to anxiety. I've been enjoying hour long conversations via phone or facetime catching up with friends.
